Outic provides high-precision electric differential pump products for the automatic reagent proportioning project of Yancheng Lihua Printing and Dyeing Plant of Shanghai Fred Automation Technology Co., Ltd. By using the electric differential series products, the accuracy of pigment proportioning in the process of printing and dyeing has reached a new level, and the error of color difference accuracy is less than 0.1%. After the overall completion, Fred's project has received unanimous praise from the printing and dyeing plant.

Color matching is an important link in the production process of printing and dyeing plants and textile plants. In order to maintain the accuracy of color matching results, computer color matching systems can be used. Altec has provided 35 sets of E01 series ultra precision electric differential pumps for the project. Its output characteristics are high precision output control in a large range, and the delivery range is 1~1000ml/min. It outputs various color agents. Since it needs to continuously and stably cut the output effect without pulsation, it uses E01M2 frame, internally integrated damper, back pressure valve and various pipe valve assemblies, 18 racks and 35 E01 series electric differential pumps constitute the automatic color matching system of the whole dyeing workshop.
