Copper foil is a key part of the new energy battery industry. This project is a project of accurately adding copper sulfate solution in the manufacturing process of Haining Haiyi, Zhejiang's largest copper foil manufacturer. The added solution is copper sulfate solution, with a flow range of 1-700ml/min, an output head of about 60m, and 42 processing points. Because it needs to continuously and stably cut the output effect without pulsation, M4 frame is adopted, and internal damper is integrated, The automatic reagent system is composed of back pressure valve and various pipe valve assemblies, 11 E01M4 racks and 42 E01 electric differential pumps.
